BIG THANKS to Brian Parker - Midland Credit Management filed a single suit that contained three separate credit card accounts, with your website help I was able to show the inability to properly prove standing in ALL THREE Cases Midland Filed, and Judge ruled in my favor with inability to prove standing. Then in a separate action, filed by Velocity Investments on behalf of Cross River Bank I laid out the issues in their case during our mandatory settlement conversation where I specifically pointing out they had not proved standing with the documents they had, and it was impossible for the assignment to be dated the way it was, when that assignment was dated before the original creditor ever assigned it to anyone in the first place. Seemed like fraudulent documents to me, odd that they didn't show at our Bench trial in front of the Judge, case dismissed for want of prosecution. THANK YOU
