I just wanted to thanks you for your video and website. Everything was easy to follow and Parker is a wounderfull tool. I basically won my case. Facing 75K, I used you documents to get the debt buyer in a position where they had to reach an agreement with me on my terms.
i setteled for 5k, but that was worth not going to court with the potential to lose. I felt confident if we had gone to ccourt I would have won, but we setteled and it thanks to you and Parker.

Darren, this is great and I am very happy for you. Would you consider sending me all your documents in WORD and the stuff filed against you in PDF for a video? A narrative or time line of what happened or notes too would be helpful. All your private info and case law would be redacted. Love to spread this around to give others hope. Thank you. BPP

That’s great. Do you have to pay tax on the forgiven amount? That’s one of my concerns about settling. I have offers from Chase to settle different accounts with different percentages but one is as low as 10-15%. I wonder if I should settle one or more, or if paying on one will affect my defense on the others.

I’m potentially in a similar situation. Similar to what Brian said, do you mind sharing your documents that you used?
How did you get them to come down from 75k to 5k? Which creditor was it with if you don’t mind me asking. I am assuming it was outside of the SOL or something. Either that or you might need to get a career in law 🙂
