I\'ve been following your videos on debt collection defense, and they are really helpful - thank you for that. I\'m now at the stage where I\'ve sent my validation letters and MCM has ignored them all. Their lead corporate council lied to my state\'s AG regarding my account , including making false statements. I\'d like to be proactive and file my own Verified Complaint. Could you please do more content examples on being the Plaintiff? Specifically: How to structure a verified complaint when you\'re suing the collector for ignoring a proper validation request. What to include in your factual allegations and \"cause of action\" sections. How to file and serve it correctly to start the case. I think this content would really help more consumers like me, who want to stand up for their rights instead of waiting to be sued. Thank you! Your videos are empowring and this next level of guidance would be a game changer!

My next video will be “How to Sue a Debt Collector” and answer your needs and request. I have done others similar to this but I will try to make it more focused on “How to Sue a Debt Collector.” I will begin writing it now. Thank you for the suggestion.

Anyone else have input on this and what you want in the video? Thank you.
