In my latest videos I have jumped around into updating and analyzing Check Lists, and looking into statutes and the UCC. The UCC video drew the most views on YouTube than I have experience in a year. I throw as much out there as a general method on my YouTube Channel while also trying to see what catches fire. That UCC video touched a lot of people. Feedback from my videos tells me what my members want or need. With the increased workload of this site and YT, I find myself now with clients, members and subscribers to make happy. Yet, there needs are all similar. To protect, educate and provide skills to weather a debt storm. A storm, with AI is growing larger by the hour.
In response to the AI explosion in debt collection and because of the success of collectionfighters.com and the growing needs of my members, I have decided to take fewer cases and focus on your needs and this site (I am taking only cases that I can use for better videos and instruction for you while also scoring a quick victory for my clients).
The more I get into this side of things with you on this site and away from the grind of the law, the better I feel. In 30 plus years, I have gone through enormous highs (being named lawyer of the year in my state with nine others, knocking out a huge city's wrongful debt collection practices, class actions that made a difference) and crushing lows (the foreclosure crisis where every day I fought to keep people in homes in a biased court system that favored the banks and left me wanting to jump off a bridge) and looking back, it all was for a reason and totally worth it: I learned a ton and now I can educate others and turn my highs and lows and mistakes into value for you. I hope all that comes through to you.
I came to America from extreme poverty and I feel enormous gratitude for what this country offered and I say a Prayer some mornings to start my day. I have been very lucky to have the best job in the world. With this site and my members, clients and subscribers, that feeling of gratitude grows stronger every day. It’s apparent how much you love what you do and your desire to help people. Thank you Brian! ParkerGPT has been phenomenal in helping me. This is Kristin, member William is my husband. We are in Michigan. William sued by Cap One for a Discover card. I’ve been the one doing the detective work and having fun with Parker. (I commented on a recent video about going to Court Clerk, who said we had to file an answer first, but a quick check in with Parker said NO!)
We filed, with all Parker’s help, Motion to Dismiss, Counter-Affidavit, and the next day Discovery requests to Attorney.

Weltman. Pre litigation letter from Ohio office. Trying to collect before payment due date and never reviewing documents (charge off on zero balance, plus Many more violations). Weltman, in Troy Michigan filing suit with no case review, filing attorney admitted to Michigan Bar June 10, hired at Weltman June 12, filing lawsuit 2 months later with absolutely no supervision. No one ever looked at OBVIOUS mistakes they included in their own exhibits. Weltman Ohio sent debt collection letter many days before payment due date. No attorneys ever looked at ANYTHING! I discovered many mistakes right away. And may more over a period of days
