Just Did a Successful Trial Against LVNV

I am a bit behind on the videos I want to put out as I just finished a trial I just did in a Circuit Court in Michigan against LVNV. No sleep, bad food and tons of preparation followed by the horrible demands on my brain to know everything I could kept me from the camera. However, I am writing and filming now. The first video will be based upon my Trial Brief and how the fact that I started the case with the Motion to Dismiss/Motion for More Documents led to me destroying the evidence of their witness and killed a considerable amount in debt for my client. They had refused to settle because of how much was owed. In Michigan, cases $25,000 or more belong in Circuit Court. This video is fresh out of my trial box and I actually used my show notes from a recent video to beat their witness and kill the case. Not sure which video I will do it in but one of the videos has this cool trick I did relying on the court rules and keeping my client from being grilled on the witness stand. I kind of pulled a fast one on the court who I could tell was unhappy with me but the rules are the rules. Next video after that will be on the fun I had with their Bill of Sales-don't worry, it will be some cool tricks I did. After that, demolishing the Custodian of Records and Evidence. So, the first one should come out tomorrow. Back to work. Action!
