Once a complaint is filed is it too late to, send the Securitization Letter? I have originally sent a debt validation letter that Weltman faild to answer and only sent me statements.

Filed but not served? We have a ton of letters on there for you to use and there is nothing holding you back from the truth. Good luck.

A letter is not served like a Counter Affiavit is it part of the pleading (Answer or Respone to the lawsuit) you file in response to the Plaintiff's complaint.
