I have a business line of credit where the company is listed as the defendent in FL not me personally. It was served at the registered agent. I am listed as the business repersentative/ guarantor but have not signed the document. My name is just down in block capitals. Should I respond with the AMEX Affidavit for debtor counter? Just researching for my answer which is in 7 days.

Sounds like you are in a good position to avoid liability when you have not agreed to be obligated personally. That’s a rarity with those line of credit offerings. AMEX is usually a lot tighter on that stuff.
I have asked ParkerGPT to respond and will crate a response from that.
Should I still respond as the company representative and contest? I was thinking of contesting the debt due to it being sold to a trust? AMEX has no standing
